We are assisting in the administration of a defense for individuals and businesses that have been named as defendants in complaints (lawsuits) filed by the Trustee of the DBSI Estate Litigation Trust, James R. Zazzali.

These defendants generally received money from DBSI as either investors, vendors, or service providers during the four-year period preceding DBSI's bankruptcy filing in November 2008.  Click the link below to see if you, your clients, or your business associates have been named in a complaint:

If you have been named as a defendant, please note that a few of your fellow Defendants have come together as a Committee for each of the groups listed below.  These respective Committees are inviting you to join them in defense of these Avoidance Actions.  The links below provide packets of information which describe what the Trustee is alleging, what it means to you, and what you can do about it.  Please take the time to read this information and carefully consider joining in this group defense effort.

Please note that the Trustee has now released the names of the first wave of Defendants.  These Defendants will be required to respond to their lawsuits within 45 days of service:

The Trustee has recently filed a status report indicating his intention to request default judgment against those first wave Defendants who have not responded to the lawsuits against them.  The Defendants in jeopardy are listed on Exhibit E of the following report:
